SAUERKRAUT
Tasting: you can eat our sauerkraut with rice or potatoes.
Ingredients: sauerkraut (60%), smoked mackerel, trout, herring, creme fraiche, butter, onion, white wine : Muscadet (sulphites), juniper berry, thyme, bay, cloves, curry, salt, lardons, lard.*
Packaging: Jar from 300gr, with Twist-Off security.
Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge (+2°C / +4°C).
* Our product can contain sulphites because of white wine.
