Our range of sea rillettes is basically made from fish and shellfish caught in the Normandy coasts.
All our raw material is carefully selected.
Here are some examples that are important to us:
- Our lobster (Homarus Gammarus) has the MSC label (Marine Stewardship Council) for sustainable and well-managed fisheries. It is caught in the "Côte des Isles" (Manche - 50);
- Our mackerel come mainly from "Le Pilotin" boat, fishes line-caught by a Cherbourgeois fisherman.
As with all our products, we use only the fish and shellfish flesh. No artificial colors or preservatives are added. All our products are made by hand.
