LOBSTER RILLETTES
Tasting: you can eat our lobster rillettes with bread, toasts or blinis.
Ingredients: salmon flesh, lobster flesh (20%), creme fraiche, lobster fumet (water, white wine (content sulphites), lobster, onions, concentrate, leeks, turnips, carrots, celery, chili, garlic, pepper, thyme, bay, vinegar) lemon juice, corn starch, thyme, salt*
Calorific values for 100g: Energy : 596 kJ / 142 kcal ; fat : 7.8g, including saturated fat : 3.9g ; carbohydrate : 5.2g, including sugar 0.8g ; protein : 13g ; salt : 0.5g.
Packaging: Jar from 90g, with Twist-Off security.
Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge (+2°C / +4°C).
* Our rillettes can contain sulphites because of lemon juice.
