Ingredients: mackerel (48%), creme fraiche, muscadet (sulphites), onions, mustard (citric acid, potassium disulphites) (5%), olive oil, lemon (contain sulphites), butter, thyme, salt, cajun, pepper, bay, gloves*
Calorific values for 100g: Energy : 570 kJ / 137 kcal ; fat : 10g, including saturated fat : 2.5g ; carbohydrate : 0.1g, including sugar 0g ; protein : 12g ; salt : 0.4g.
Packaging: Jar from 320gr, with Twist-Off security.
Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge (+2°C / +4°C).
* Our product can contain sulphites because of white wine.
