Our Trout Matelote is composed of trout pavers accompanied by cream and butter made in Normandy, French red wine, bacon, vegetables, spices and herbs.
Trout are bred by us in our fish farming in Normandy. They have space in basins, which gives them a firm and non-fatty flesh. Their food is GMO free.
Our Trout matelote need to be heated and can be served with rice or potatoes.
After making, our matelotes will keep 2 years at room temperature. Once started, they are to be consumed within 3 days to +2°C / +4°C.
