TROUT MOUSSE
Tasting: you can eat our trout mousse with bread, toasts or blinis.
Ingredients: trout flesh (42%), creme fraiche, potatoes, mustard (citric acid, potassium disulphite), lemon juice, corn starch, tomato concentrate, salt, pepper, chives*
Calorific values for 100g : Energy : 702 kJ / 169 kcal ; fat : 12g, including saturated fat : 6.7g ; carbohydrate : 6g, including sugar 2.4g ; protein : 9.7g ; salt : 0.3g.
Packaging: Jar from 90g, with Twist-Off security.
Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge ( +2°C / +4°C).
* Our rillettes can contain sulphites because of lemon juice.
