POLLOCK RILETTES WITH ANDOUILLE DE VIRE
Tasting: you can eat our pollock rillettes with bread, toasts or blinis.
Ingredients: Pollock flesh (30%), creme fraiche, potatoes, eau, andouille de Vire (6%), lemon juice, butter, corn starch, salt, parsley, pepper*
Calorific values for 100g: Energy : 595 kJ / 143 kcal ; fat : 10g, including saturated fat : 6.7g ; carbohydrate : 2.7g, including sugar 1g ; protein : 9.8g ; salt : 0.3g.
Packaging: Jar from 90g, with Twist-Off security.
Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge (+2°C / +4°C).
* Our rillettes can contain sulphites because of lemon juice.
