SALMON RILLETTES WITH ANDOUILLE DE VIRE
Tasting: you can eat our salmon rillettes with bread, toasts or blinis.
Ingredients: salmon flesh and smoked salmon (30%), creme fraiche, potatoes, water, andouille de Vire (6%), lemon juice, corn starch, salt, parsley, pepper*
Calorific values for 100g : Energy : 702 kJ / 169 kcal ; fat : 14g, including saturated fat : 7.4g ; carbohydrate : 2.7g, including sugar 1g ; protein : 8.8g ; salt : 0.3g.
Packaging: Jar from 90g, with Twist-Off security.
Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge ( +2°C / +4°C).
* Our rillettes can contain sulphites because of lemon juice.
