TROUT RILLETTES WITH SCALLOP'S
Tasting: you can eat our trout rillettes with bread, toasts or blinis.
Ingredients: trout flesh and smoked trout (52%), creme fraiche, scallops (11%) (Pecten Maximus, France or Great Bretain), lemon juice, corn starch, parsley, salt, anise, pepper*
Calorific values for 100g : Energy : 734 kJ / 176 kcal ; fat : 12g, including saturated fat : 6.7g ; carbohydrate : 4.1g, including sugar 1g ; protein : 14g ; salt : 1g.
Packaging: Jar from 90g, with Twist-Off security.
Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge ( +2°C / +4°C).
* Our rillettes can contain sulphites because of lemon juice.
