Ingredients: salmon flesh and smoked salmon (62%), creme fraiche, corn starch, butter, lemon juice*
Calorific values for 100g: Energy : 1053 kJ / 254 kcal ; fat : 22g, including saturated fat : 13g ; carbohydrate : 5.6g, including sugar 1.4g ; protein : 9.5g ; salt : 1.4g.
Packaging: Jar from 90g, with Twist-Off security.
Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge ( +2°C / +4°C).
* Our rillettes can contain sulphites because of lemon juice.
