Tasting: you can eat our trout mousse with bread, toasts or blinis.
Ingredients: trout flesh and smoked trout (62%), creme fraiche, corn starch, butter, lemon juice*
Calorific values for 100g : Energy : 849 kJ / 204 kcal ; fat : 14g, including saturated fat : 7.9g ; carbohydrate : 4.8g, including sugar 1.4g ; protein : 15g ; salt : 1.3g.
Packaging: Jar from 90g, with Twist-Off security.
Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge ( +2°C / +4°C).
* Our rillettes can contain sulphites because of lemon juice.
