Our albacore is primarily composed of tuna flesh, so you can be sure that the albacore is made with the best of the fish.
ALBACORE
Tasting: you can eat our albacore with bread, toasts or blinis.
Ingredients: albacore (80%), stock (water, white wine : muscadet), onions, carrots, lemon juice, butter, thyme, bay, corn starch, salt, pepper*
Packaging: Jar from 140g, with Twist-Off security.
Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge ( +2°C / +4°C).
* Our rillettes can contain sulphites because of lemon juice.
