Our trout cream soup is primarily composed of trout flesh, so you can be sure that the soup is made with the best of the fish.

 

TROUT CREAM SOUP

 

Tasting: you cane at our cream soup hot, plain or with croutons.

 

Ingredients:water,  trout flesh (17%), creme fraiche, tomatoes and tomatoes puree, white wine (sulphites), white roux, water, onion, salt, pepper, cajun*

 

Calorific values for 100g: Energy : 244 kJ / 58 kcal ; fat : 2.7g, including saturated fat : 1.4g ; carbohydrate : 4.3g, including sugar  1.6g ; dietary fiber : 0.5g ;  protein : 5.3g ; salt : 0.1g.

 

Packaging: Jar from 48cl, with Twist-Off security.

 

Preservation

- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.

- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge (+2°C / +4°C).

 

* Our product can contain sulphites because of white wine.
