Trout used in our receipts come from our fish farm. Depending on the season, we carefully select our suppliers for a wide range of fish and shellfish of quality for our products.
For our rillettes, we keep only the most noble part of the fish, that is to say, his flesh.
All our products are homemade, without coloring or preservatives. Our preserves are then sterilized thereby have a shelf life of 2 years at room temperature. After opening our rillettes can be stored 3 days in the refrigerator at +2 °C / +4 °C.
