This range of rillettes is made entirely from trout breedind by us in our fish farming, in Normandy.
Our trout have space in the basins, which gives them a firm and non-fatty flesh.
As with all our products, we use only fish flesh in our rillettes composition. No artificial colors or preservatives are added. Our trout rillettes are made by hand.
