Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be prepared as soon as possible.

For orders placed between Monday and Thursday, it is dispatched within 24 hours maximum.

Orders sent on Friday or the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

We pay great attention to the preparation of our packages and their delivery.

Our packages are sent by post via the Colissimo service to the address indicated on the order form.

        For shipments to mainland France, Corsica, Monaco and Andorra

You can choose between:

• Colissimo Access France: delivery is within approximately 48 hours in working days, without signature. An indicative period of 4 days is starting to Andorra. The package is delivered to your mailbox. If it can not contain the package, a notice of lis pendens is filed there.

• Colissimo Expert France: the delivery is made within approximately 48 hours in working days. An indicative period of 4 days is starting to Andorra. Distribution package is against your signature. In case of absence, a notice of pending is left in your mailbox.

Delivery is offered from 65€ purchases (excluding chronopost).

        For shipments to overseas territories:

You can choose between:

• Colissimo Access Overseas: delivery is carried out in a code within 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination. The package is delivered to your mailbox. If it can not contain the package, a notice of lis pendens is filed there.

• Colissimo Expert Overseas: delivery is made only in a period of 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination. Distribution package is against your signature. In case of absence, a notice of pending is left in your mailbox.

Delivery costs are entirely billed for Overseas territories.

        For International shipments:

The packages are sent by Colissimo Expert International service. It takes a period of 5 to 10 working days for the rest of the world by destination. Distribution package is against your signature. In case of absence, a notice of pending is left in your mailbox.

Delivery is offered from 65€ purchases (excluding Chronopost) for the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Guernsey, Jersey, Italy, Vatican City State, Spain and Switzerland.

Delivery is offered from 130€ purchases (except Chronopost) for the following countries: Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

Delivery costs are fully billed for other countries.

Our shipping rates include the cost of packaging and postage. They are calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the destination. We apply rates of  "La Poste"  with the chosen service. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for each.

We ask you to check your package absolutely upon arrival.

In case of missing or damaged parcels and goods, or doubt of any kind on the state or the contents of the package, you are required to apply the procedure Colissimo (including report any damage, claims and reserves) and refuse the goods immediately by issuing a statement on the fault with the servant of the Post Office and we report these incidents by e-mail at the following address: Maison SAINT-LO.
