March 1985. René Saint-Lô, 51, dropped his pheasant farm for a fish farm, in La Champagne in Saint-Sauveur-Lendelin in the Manche, in Normandie. An unknown world that he learns to master "chaining internships. "Six months later, his wife Nicole, 53, resigned from his job as an accountant secretary in a Parisian company to join him.

The family adventure begins. Doubling as Nicole gave birth a few months later to Geoffrey. Without knowing that 26 years later, the son integrate the family business and open at Caen, the first Maison Saint-Lô.

"Everything is done by hand"
