VELVET CRAB “BISQUE”
Tasting: you can eat our “bisque” hot, plain or with croutons.
Ingredients: white fish fumet (water, white fish, onion, carotts, butter, shallot, leak, pepper, thyme, bay) velvet crab (7.4%), white wine (contain sulphites), creme fraiche, tomatoes and puree, garlic, olive oil, butter, flour, chili, cognac, salt, chervil, tarragon*
Packaging: Jar from 33cl, with Twist-Off security.
Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge (+2°C / +4°C).
* Our product can contain sulphites because of white wine.
