Tasting: you can eat our jumbo shrimp rillettes with bread, toasts or blinis.
Ingredients: creme fraiche, salmon flesh, Jumbo shrimp flesh (20%), salmon flesh, lemon juice, butter, corn starch, salt, pepper*
Calorific values for 100g: Energy : 519 kJ / 124 kcal ; fat : 7g, including saturated fat : 0.9g ; carbohydrate : 1.8g, including sugar 0.8g ; protein : 12g ; salt : 3.9g.
Packaging: Jar from 90g, with Twist-Off security.
Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge (+2°C / +4°C).
* Our rillettes can contain sulphites because of lemon juice.
