MACKEREL RILLETTES WITH WHOLE-GRAIN MUSTARD
Tasting: you can eat our mackerel rillettes with bread, toasts or blinis.
Ingredients: Mackrel flesh and smoked mackrel (59%), creme fraiche, whole-grain mustard (citric acid, potassium disulphite), lemon juice, corn starch, salt, parsley, anise, pepper*
Calorific values for 100g: Energy : 1054 kJ / 254 kcal ; fat : 20g, including saturated fat : 9.3g ; carbohydrate : 3.7g, including sugar 0.5g ; protein : 15g ; salt : 0.5g.

Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge (+2°C / +4°C).
