SALMON RILLETTES WITH SCALLOPS
Tasting: you can eat our salmon rillettes with bread, toasts or blinis.
Ingredients: salmon flesh and smoked salmon (52%), creme freche, scallops (11%) (Pecten Maximus, France or Great Bretain), lemon juice, corn starch, salt, parsley, anis, pepper*
Calorific values for 100g : Energy : 893 kJ / 215 kcal ; fat : 16g, including saturated fat : 7.9g ; carbohydrate : 4g, including sugar 0.5g ; protein : 14g ; salt : 1.1g.

Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge ( +2°C / +4°C).
