Ingredients: creme fraiche, oysters (34%), milch, scallions, butter, corn starch, salt, pepper.*
Calorific values for 100g: Energy : 695 kJ / 167 kcal ; fat : 12g, including saturated fat : 8.3g ; carbohydrate : 9.5g, including sugar 2.2g ; protein : 4.4g ; salt : 0.9g.
Packaging: Jar from 50g, with Twist-Off security.
Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge (+2°C / +4°C).
* Our rillettes can contain sulphites because of lemon juice.
