Tasting: you can eat our lobster rillettes with bread, toasts or blinis.
Ingredients: lobster flesh (34%), creme fraiche, milch, butter, lemon juice, corn starch, salt, pepper.*

Packaging: Jar from 45g, with Twist-Off security.
Preservation:
- Before opening: 3 years in ambient temperature.
- After opening: you can preserve the jar 3 days in a fridge (+2°C / +4°C).
* Our rillettes can contain sulphites because of lemon juice.
